I am unable to watch content on Binge. What should I do?
Here are a few things that you can do:
1. Always play the content only from the Binge app.
2. Refresh the page by going back to the previous screen and try to play content again.
3. Check for app updates on Play/App Store. Relaunch app after update.

I am unable to log into partner apps using Binge credentials. What should I do?
You cannot log directly into any partner app. Login into Binge app and play all content only from Binge app. Tata Play Binge serves as a single destination for you to find content across all OTT Partners in your subscription.

How can I see all devices linked to my Binge subscription?
To view all devices linked to your Binge subscription, all you need to do is:
1. Go to the App home page and click on the menu options in the top left corner.
2. Select 'Settings'.
3. Select 'Manage Devices'.
You can tap the 'Cross' symbol in front of the device to remove it from the subscription.
Note: You cannot log out of Binge+ Set Top Box or Fire TV Stick.
